Complete the quote form on our Contact page and upload your 3D file. We’ll reply with a price within 24 hours.

Is there a minimum order quantity?

No. We’re happy to print a single part. Our minimum charge is £10.

Can you print more than one copy, or repeat an order later?

Yes. We can print multiple copies of a part and are happy to repeat orders. Get in touch for a price on larger quantities.

What if I don’t have a 3D file?

We currently focus on printing supplied files. We may be able to help with basic file-fixing, so please get in touch and we’ll do our best to help.

How do I pay?

Once we’ve received your file and you’re happy with your quote, we’ll send an invoice and a payment link. We begin printing once payment has been received.

Is my file kept confidential?

Yes. We treat every file you send us as private. Your files are used only to prepare your quote and produce your order. We don’t share them with third parties, and we won’t publish or post images of your part (including on social media) without your permission. If you’d like your file deleted once your order is complete, just ask and we’ll remove it. If you have a commercially sensitive design and would like to discuss additional confidentiality arrangements, please get in touch before sending your file.

What if there’s a problem with my order?

Please contact us as soon as you notice an issue, ideally within 7 days of delivery, and include photos if you can. We’ll look into it promptly and fairly.

  • If the problem is with our printing (for example a print defect, or a part that doesn’t match the file you sent), we’ll reprint it or refund you.
  • If your part is damaged in the post, we’ll arrange a replacement or a refund.
  • If the part has been printed accurately from the file supplied, we aren’t able to offer a refund or reprint for design issues such as incorrect dimensions or errors in the file. We’re always happy to help you adjust the file and quote for a corrected version.

This doesn’t affect your statutory rights.
